The Season Of Fate Review
Name: The Season Of Fate
Episodes: 25
Genre: Pre-modern, Food, Life
Cast: Roger Kwok, Esther Kwan, Derek Kwok, Michelle Yim, Lawrence Ng, Oscar Leung, Vivien Yeo, Regen Cheung, Mimi Lo etc

My Comments
Never anticipated this series, the cast was not appealing at all to me. The storyline wasn't that interesting either. The first few episodes were practically 'boring' to me since mostly because of the so not 'appealing' cast. But it did get a bit better along the way. I started enjoying after where they find out that Lawrence is Roger's father's "Si Dai" It never occurred to me that Lawrence was an villian in this series, I thought he was just like a nice role or something.

I don't like much to say this series, it's overall OKAY. Coz there really are boring bits of the series too. Though there was interesting parts and funny parts, but also some boring parts.

Oh! And I really like the ending! Where Esther makes Roger to say what he wrote on the letter in front of everyone and he goes, "Ah! You are my little star! Ah! You are my moon!" Something like that and then someone goes, "He means, he wants to see you at night but not the day!" That was funny!! XD

Characters
Roger Kwok (Ma Wing Ching) - I enjoyed watching Roger's character. He was funny and entertaining to watch. His acting skills are very good.

Esther Kwan (Lin Sheung Chun) - Esther's acting skills are very good too! Haven't seen her in a while. Though her acting skills was good, it still didn't really appeal to me much.

Derek Kwok (Leung Kau Miu) - Why is he called Kau Miu? He acts girly enough in the series and also has a girly name? lol. Leung Kau Miu is like a combination of Cheung Ching Yee (DIE) and Cici (WOIL) to me. A fighting side of him and also a girly side.

Michelle Yim (Wang Yuek Lam) - She was practically 'dumb' throughout the whole series except for the last episodes. Well her character wasn't annoying or anything.

Lawrene Ng (Yam Fei Yeung) - Wow... I seriously didn't know he was evil here. I guess he deserved that ending, never expected that Mimi would kill him, well actually he didn't die but yea. Hate how he pushes everything to Wing Ching and Oscar would mistaken him.

Oscar Leung (Yam Shing Tin) - He's got a quite a big role here. They say it was suposed to be Ron's at first right?? Yeah, like I said before, hate how he mistakens Roger, but I don't hate HIM. Just hate the fact. I enjoyed watching him and Vivien, very sweet ^^ His acting has improved but still lots of space for improving.

Vivien Yeo (Wong Kam Fung) - Yea, enjoyed watching her and Oscar. Actually hated Roger a bit for trying to pull them apart. Lol. But is it just me? Oscar seems really short and tiny for Vivien HAHA XD. But when you see Oscar fight with Derek, he has muscles! O.O LOL XD

Favorites
Actor: Roger
Actress: Esther
Least Favorite Character: N/A
Improved Character: Vivien Yeo

My Rate to this series: 6/10 ******

Worth Watching?
Ah, well if you don't really like pre-modern series, then maybe don't bother. Its not really a series you cannot miss out or something. But it was OKAY. But you can give it a go if you like. Roger was funny ^^

New Layout!
Yay! new Layout! ;D Sorry, didn't like the old one, actually it was great but the header was too small. I had to make it a particular size which I don't really like. This one is better. I like this new header! Isn't it nice! It's feat Selena and Bosco commercial again. Pics from Selena's blog.

And new addition! MUSIC PLAYER! I think there's about 25 songs? They include, canto-p or tvb music, j-pop and Taiwan-pop. And it's in shuffle, so you don't need to listen to the same song every time you visit! Also, you can watch it too! It's like a little video.

Music Singers Include: Linda Chung, Raymond Lam, Myolie Wu, Bosco Wong, Wong Cho Lam, Elanne Kong, Fahrenheit, S.H.E, Tegomass and etc (Can't remember all)

Thanks for guessing!

Don Juan Demercado Ep 1 Characters
Wong Cho Lam as Gung Yan Tung (Gillian Chung)
His character is exaggerating, they totally exaggerated his 'ugliness' I personally don't think he's ugly, just short... They made it like he's really THAT ugly... O.o

(Charlene Choi)
Lol... he gets Ah Sa's similar name! I like how this mini series use singers name, its quite funny and entertaining to watch and besides, I like watching revovling entertainment series ^^

(Ronald Cheng)
I was like LOL?! Twins + a singer thats rumoured with Charlene!

Mimi Lo as (Joey Yung)
Lol, I assume its Joey since I heard them call her "So Yee"

Joel Chen as Cheng Chai Chun (Louis Cheng)
LOL? He got rumoured with Kate which plays Kay Tse. He's so "Zin Gak" (Dw if you dont get what I mean...)

Kate Tsui as Tse On Fei (Kay Tse)
Um.. nothing much to comment.....

Christine Kuo as Yeung Sin Wah (Miriam Yeung)
Is her voice dubbed or something? It sounds dubbed to me. She's quite a nice person from the 1st ep. I think she rejected Wong Cho Lam coz he didn't mention she was a nice person? And has a nice heart?? It looked like she was gonna say yes until..... yea...

Bosco Wong as Gan Lik Seun (Eason Chan)
Saw the next episode review, once again! Exggerating! They totally exaggerated how Bosco looks, Bosco does look good but totally hyperbole.
My Better Half

LAI SUM, however, has never stopped watching his move, as she always believes he is fooling around behind her back. SUM’s younger brother, CHING YEE (Tse Tin Wah), laughs at SUM a lot, but he also feels sorry for his plight, and gives him practical advices whenever he can. One day, SUM is caught red-handed in Shenzhen by LAI SUM, who proposes to divorce him! YEE always claims he has never lost in the game of love, until he meets MIU LING CHI (Theresa Lee), a newly recruited management staff of the company. Supposing there was a chocolate that could make you taller, slimmer and more beautiful, would you eat it without demur? Do perfect looks guarantee a perfect life? This hilarious Chinese New Year comedy is going to bring you the sweetest Valentine present ever in six consecutive episodes.

KUNG YAN TUNG (Wong Cho Lam) is beaten in a singing contest, despite his beautiful voice; turned down by his dream lover, YEUNG SIN WAH (Christine Kuo), despite his kind heart. He blames all these on his unattractive appearance. One day, he gets a pack of magical chocolates by chance. He eats one, and transforms into a heartthrob instantly. He changes his name to KAN LIK SHUN (Wong Chung Chak, Bosco), and he hits stardom almost overnight. The magical chocolates have a time limit though. His personal assistant, KING CHI KO (Kitty Yuen), discovers his secret. Fortunately, instead of disclosing it, she works even harder to help him. SHUN is getting more and more popular, even famous star TSE ON FEI (Kate Tsui) is going after him. There are only a few chocolates left. Then SHUN meets a scientist, who gives him a magical chocolate that has no time limit. If SHUN eats it, TUNG will disappear from the earth for good. Before he makes the decision, he is surprised to find that KO has tried the magical chocolates, too.

My Comments: Ah, this sounds so nice ^^ But I wonder why Kate isn't in that picture but instead Christine is O.o I find it funny how their names are based on famous singers.

Cast:
王祖藍 Wong Cho Lam (飾恭因銅) It sounds like Gillian Chung's chinese name to me, 黃宗澤 Bosco Wong (飾廑力信) Dunno who this is, 阮小儀 Kitty Yuen (飾荊止高) Dunno either, 苟芸慧 Christine Kuo (飾楊仙嬅) Miriam Yeung , 徐子珊 Kate Tsui (飾謝安腓) Kay Tse and etc
The Season Of Fate [Short] Thoughts
*Firstly, I'm sorry that I haven't been updating... like, I just started school and kinda busy so yea... lots of homework needed to complete. Just completed them so decided to write up this thoughts.

I have watched 10 episodes of Season. At first it seemed very boring and I had no interest at it, but I watched it anyway. I thought it got more interesting towards episode 4 or 5? The series got better along, bit more interesting but you can't really say its something very good, it may bore others but at the moment, I think it's quite good.

Characters:
Love Roger's character, he's so funny and smart in there. I do enjoy watching parts of Vivien and Oscar and how Roger teaches Vivien to make Oscar fall in love with her and etc. As for Derek, his character reminds me of two other characters he has played. One is Cici from Wars Of In Laws II and Cheung Ching Yee from D.I.E I & II. Derek's character in here is okay... Interested in seeing more abt hs, Esther and Roger's childhood. I'm sure Roger was lying abt the soup is made of 'rabbit' or maybe its just me?! My brother said its probably 'mice' meat O.o As for Michelle... I wonder when her character would be 'awaken' lol. And I wonder what her reaction would be..?! Thanking Esther? Or still blaming her? Her character can get annoying at times but right now she's okay. And Esther, her acting is good! Btw.. I never knew that 'Lai Shi Miu' (Regen Cheung) is actually from HotCha O.o She plays quite a big 'minor' role too?
